I thought before that one day when I lie on the bed waiting to depart from this world, what I want is not to see the trophies I won in my singing competition, the straight A's I got in PMR, not the achievements unlocked in Modern Warfare.

So what is it that we really want to see before we depart?
Better realising now rather than on the bed, you'll have time to full fill it. :)

Sometimes we pray and ask God, but get upset later because we didn't receive it.
But... Did He promise "Ask and you shall STRAIGHT AWAY receive"? Ahha!

Gotta persist, persevere. Received many criticism about my school band. We ain't the best, but that's where God's light shine!

I believe this is a faith training ground.
I believe this is where God's plans come in.
I believe this is the situation where, the only one I can hold on to is God.

I nothing happens after you pray and ask, that just means you gotta persist.
Did we forget about how did the persistent widow knocked the door?

NSFCL, NCSFL.. It's NSCFL! Always hard for me to get it right without trying to think of the acronym, National School Christian Fellowship Leaders Camp! :P

Bryan Watson's kinda nice-cool-failed stunt

It may just LOOK like just another camp, but it's far more than that. Our hearts are changed and challenged throughout this camp, it will remain.

Lasting for 6 days and 5 nights it is certainly the longest camp ever. But when you're there time just flies by so past and we're back here again :(

Each day's schedule is guarded by leader's assembly, morning devotion, praise and worship, a variety of workshops and the most impactful -- Theme Talk by Marianne!

The theme talk each night is about studying the book of Philipians. One thing that really hit me hard in the face on the first night was : Is the heart beat of our CF really for the GOSPEL? Or is it just another charity club, or a social, fun club? We should run the race live SET APART! I really fooled around in the CF too much... I will try to sum up each night's session on another post, it would be nice if the NSCFL-ers could feed in more info too!

For now I really want to introduce one of my group member from this camp, Samantha Koh! She's a blessing to our group, I'm sure she inspired many other group members too right right wen wei, zi sheng, marytha, weihan, ethel?

She fixes her eyes on the right thing, that is our ever-loving Father! With her around the atmosphere of the group will be positive from her encouragement!

She has a story to tell, the one that will encourage you to understand God's plan for you, check out her blog.

Fresh from the recorder unedited, played by me! :D

Sueno means "Dream" in Spanish.

To me, I would interpret this piece as a dream which started sweet. But things start to become tough, and if we could persist even when things are severe, we would eventually see the sweet times again.

In the 1st part (00:00~00:52), things started smooth. It was like one fine morning. when you woke up and the birds were chirping. You got a coffee, had a sweet time with your family breakfast. Then you went shopping with your girlfriend/boyfriend. Things was indeed sweet.

But when it comes to the 2nd part (00:54~1:36), things just changed. Your loved one suddenly said to you something, something that turned your mood around. For me, it was the sudden news of her changing school. Depression took over. It wasn't good, but yet we still struggle and fight deep within, to know it won't last long.

At the 3rd part (1:38~2:05), you know, God is still there. We prayed hard and finally we understand that He is the Father of our life. Everything is actually in control, but human circumstances blinded us. We walk in faith, and continue to trust and believe in Him. God is good, all the time. Everything is in control. :)

Don't think I will even update my blog, maybe if the world is gonna end at 2010 I will, but too bad it's 2012.

If the world ends at 2012, I will get all the music sheets I possibly I can get my hands on, and bury it underground. Hopefully that people in the future would know how to read the tadpoles on the lines and decode it. Saving it in a .mp3 format would be a waste since even if they made a computer (or something similar to it), the digital format would most probably different. =/

There's a lot of things to do this year, yet I am still playing RC and Tycoons on Facebook. At least I never touched my PSP and any computer games very often (maybe some flash games ok?). I feel that I wanna :

Study really hard, my tuition teacher keeps telling me to stop those co-curricular acitivities cause I won't have time. I'll prove him wrong, Sher Hann did that, Tien Jia did that, Jit Qi did that, I will do it too.

Improve my theory of music. I never learn theory formally before tough, maybe I should start stopping by popular more often and read through those books, hopefully it's unwrapped.Most probably after PMR.

Grow taller and have a fitter physical body. Growing taller isn't under my control, but I rally wanna be taller than Zek Zhao, but if isn't possible it's fine with me. :) For me now exercising everyday will be a must, physical and mentally fit would be my ultimate target.

Improve on my tuba and guitar skills. Guitar won't be a big problem but practicing just on the mouthpiece on the tuba would be a problem, wonder would I improve that way. Anyway it's worth a try.

Finish today's work today. If I keep giving myself too much relaxation, it would be very rush as last year was already a quite rushing year

I was just planning to say I wouldn't be blogging much but I ended up writing these things. No more sarcastic post from me for a while I guess, and I don't wanna be sarcastic. My blogging style is already affecting my essay writing. A good sign to me, at least my essays won't be like those who read tons of formative essay books and memorize it. My essay shall express what I wanna say, and what I wanna say is those who are still writing essay within the safety range, maybe you should add "more creativity to my essay"as one of your new year resolutions.

Wonder how many times I've been saying awesome since I get a close approach with "The official Honvee's gang of DSLR-ians" during 2009 new year countdown. Awesome not in the sense how cool was their DSLR was, not how lengzai/lenglui they were, I just felt that DSLR magically tied them together. "DSLR" here is just a example, it should be "Common hobby". Some guy approached the DSLR-ians while outside the lagoon entrance and could chat friendly with them, looks like what links the world up is not any diplomatic relationship between countries nor your race nor your skin colour nor your looks, it's just the simple common passion. :). Simple, yet powerful. Changed my view, opened my eyes, the power of a group of common-passioned people together really is awesome.

DSLR-ians' on my impression.

Hon Vee, seems like the guy who started DSLR among the form 2's. Rich guy that stays in an undisclosed location (undisclosed for his safety). Have a very cool D80, and lots of Nike stuff as you can see in the picture. Grades consider average in school and maybe the future drum major of Seafield School Band. Currently learning the trumpet while poisoned by Mac book and photography.

Han Jin, used to be known as Hanjin the dog but I think it changed since he got life, his DSLR. *Remixed Xpax commercial song* Got DSLR , Got life, Got it all~~ Oh wait I think I'm wrong. Just visited his blog and noticed the posts was posted by "Anjing??". Nothing much to say, just a funny guy, keep it up.

Wee Jui, same tuition with me for around how many months. He was talking about DotA during tuition that time before the DSLR came into his life. Kinda lifeless to me at the start but no bad impressions tough cause he didn't seem to show off like other DotA dudes out there. After the countdown with them felt he found his direction for now. Not bad guy, and his blog header did not scared me off that often now, lets just hope he don't take a zoom into his eyes and use it as the header.

Mun Yee, first met her at 31 Dec 09. First impression she gave me that day was kinda awesome girl. Not like those which hang out with guys often and bitch a lot or those who thinks guys are evil and refuse hang out with them, she is like a balance point between those. Owns a Mac book and currently poisoning Hon Vee with it. Saw her photography that day and it's something I like besides Hon Vee's. Kinda awesome girl overall as my first impression.

Jason Tew, used to be same primary school with him but never met and talked before. Tall guy, I don't think I don't stand a chance even tough my hair is standing up high. Looks kinda similar to Honvee, they even have similar tastes for shoes. Didn't really get to know him that day, just knew that he was like kinda popular as he had friends like almost everywhere in Pyramid. Nothing much to comment.

Lastly, Nelson Tang. Rich guy too, same class with HonVee and Han Jin. Oh, and same height with Mun Yee. Not a bad boy, just sometimes a little lack of confidence within himself. Nothing much to say already. Owns a DSLR too.

At the time when line between 2009 and 2010 blurs , I knew these awesome peoples. :)

New Year

It's the start of 2010 and the start of my Form 3 life in another 72 hours.

Come to think that today is the first day in another new year, it really is weird. =S. You could label everything as first of the year : first bath of the year, first haircut of the year or even the first time opening your eye in the year.

But the first thing I got in the new year was getting my white shoe pink-ed by chemicals. Yes, yesterday went to countdown at Sunway Pyramid with Honvee , Jason , Munyee , SengZhen , Hanjin , Wei Loong , Nelson. We were sitting at the Sunway Lagoon entrance while waiting. The wait was long so we decided to get some drinks from Jusco, I bought the alternate caffeine source besides Nescafe, that is Pepsi. And the logo looks pretty weird, some thing like pirated Pepsi by Jusco.

12 am, everybody was like "Woohh!! Happy New Year!!" And sprayed the aerosol can thingy , but tour group of DSLR-ians was sitting there waiting for the fireworks. Finally the fireworks started, but it was not where we expected. After looking around we realized it was behind the castle thing and it was *snap snap snap*. Shuttle speed was spammed with long exposure while everybody go crazy (correct me if I'm wrong, I don't speak DSLR language). Everybody was nervous while I lied down and slowly took pictures with my Digital 2.0 Megapixel Camera, D2MC. Hey this is quite popular too, it can take picture quality unachievable by DSLR before editing.

After the fireworks we went walking around while more and more people went back. My watch showed 1am. In the end those left was me , Hanjin and MunYee at MacD. Mun Yee showed her pictures on her Mac book while speaking DSLR language. I was a total outsider, the only phrase I understand was "Yours don't have the circle thing de?".

1.30 am, i walked back home alone since Mun Yee's transport will not pass by my housing area. Oh and I also learnt that the "Queenie" on my contact list was her . =P. Regretted drinking finish my Pepsi cause I was unable to enter dreamland due to too much caffeine. At least I did my first countdown with friends, unforgettable.

I go to band for school.

PMR is next year and I don't feel the urgency, but worries instead. I see the achievements of SSB next year more than exams, typical bandie. Usually those who took UPSR would tell those standard 6 that it's white peanut ; SPM candidates would tell PMR's that it's easy ; Working man would tell SPM that surviving in the cruel world ain't as easy as SPM ; Old people would tell youngsters that how interesting can life be and how bored the old is ; But nothing would be even boring than lying in a wooden box with no air-con.

School is going to reopen and it may be a yeah for me but not a big yeah. Glad that I'm in morning class next year, won't feel that I wasted the whole day in school. =D. Holidays are killing me too, why can't they just make it a month? Mysteriously I just love to push myself to the limit, may come in handy and lead to death too.

I felt like I go to school for band instead of going to band for school.During standard 3 when they wanted us to choose a 课外活动, I wanted to join 羽毛球 but it was too full and I joined 铜乐队 instead beacuse I think I was great in playing the plastic flute that time (which obviously Im not) but after 5 years of pushing-myself-to-the-max, here I am now. 1 decision really changes your life. =). I started from the highest octave Trumpet to the majestic Trombone down to the humble Tuba. 小喇叭虽好，仍需大喇叭扶持. Trumpet wouldn't rock without me.

Oh and an ewe came from the storm. =DD

Back from Penang finally after a long 4 hours ride on the North-South Highway. Ate non-stop at Penang. From the Seafood at Tanjung Tokong to the Cendol stall even Phua Chu Kang paid a visit there. the food was great there, regardless the outcome that appeared in a small tummy form. The trip through and flow from Penang to KL was boring, not "extremely boring" yet cause at least FlyFM was doing the countdown for the hit of 2009 and HitzFM was doing the countdown for the hit of the decade. Felt headache after hearing Poker Face for around 5~6times in a hour.@@

Wonder what will happen if I wrote in my English essay next year : "I was listening to the radio while Taylor Swift cried on the staircase, Lady Gaga turning her shirt inside out and Miley Cyrus letting her butterfly fly away." Just felt so sick bout those writing their essay so formatively. If you want examples maybe you could just take the essay that was wrote by your smartest and anti-social classmate. Maybe they should just play more Karoshi. XD

Went to Sunway Pyramid today, alone. Was eager to watch Avatar. I won't be a very good accompaniment if you go out with me. Things were different when you do things alone and strangely I liked it. You would observe your surroundings more rather than busy chatting.

Stepped in and noticed every one was in pairs or with friends in two or with friends in three or with friends and more. Damn it, never seen anyone walking alone. At the movie ticket counter the line was short, which is good. Saw Cheryl I think, with another guy if I'm not mistaken. Tickets was nine bucks and had 1 buck as change, wanted to go interrupt other people's Daytona race but failed. No one was playing ==. Luckily I didn't buy the token first.

Lol why I macam type till so sad, expected to make this a neutral post. I chose a place which is in the middle of the middle row, cool yea? There was an empty space on my left, assuring my left elbow space. Oh ya before that I ternampak Puan Heng also, with someone who looks like a sales girl. Teacher tak ada cane really tak macam teacher.

Cinema so quiet, people gossiping behind me I also can hear. the fat boy beside me keep eating popcorn, while Chipster and hotdogs was in his mother's hand standby for him to eat. He must be a very hardworking student, not enough time to eat lunch and watch movie separately.

Go buy shoe later ask shopkeeper, do you have any casual shoes they show me formal shoes. Saying thank you while talking to other people, sangat polite. So funny make me terkena flue when sampai rumah.

Next week got people come teach colorguard, aku sangat excited.

My title is ridiculous, so are those DSLR camwhorers. Ok enough about the ridiculous DSLR abusers.

Yesterday went to Taylor's University College new lakeside campus @ Bandar Sunway near my house, it is also very ridiculous big, with a ridiculous lake and ridiculous kayaks on it. I think they would have kayak club there.

Is this what I saw yesterday? Think again, ini artist impression sahaja.The water was ridiculously green, and the building on the left wasn't even ready yet. Kononnya ini phase 1 only.

Never mind bout that but even with some parts not finished it have a ridiculously big car park (bigger than Lick Hung's I think) , and ridiculously big campus, despite it is not done yet.

Tze Jing also very ridiculous, calling someone who is younger than her approx 8 months her daddy. And the daddy tak ada mummy, most probably Tze Jing was sent by cranes and dropped into her daddy's chimney.

Raymus even very ridiculous, he said 6th sense are for gamers and 1st sense is for nerds. WTH, macam don't know anything just simply say for the sake of not keeping quiet. Ok for those who also don't know what is the 5 senses go live with him, he lived without the 5 senses too. No one? Congratulations Raymus you are the only one.

Don't know why Crazy Planets on Facebook also very ridiculous, I click on 44 planets and it just gave me 40 platinum. Imagine how should I get 1200 pieces of that.

I knew a person who wasted RM 1299.95 to bought a DSLR. Don't understand why 95 cents but certainly he is a cheapskate. She bought it and instead of taking pictures like the ones in National Geography, she takes senseless pictures in the fitting room. Band fees also was not paid yet even tough it is the month of December. Come on dude, you bought a DSLR and can't afford 120 bucks?

Ponteng-ing practices was also one of his so-called "talent". What an abuse for the DSLR to fall into his hands. Worrying that the person i"m describing might be you? Try figuring out my title and it is one of his characteristics too.

Okay let me get things straight here.

Please do not tie the 2012 with "End Of the World", it will just cause unnecessary. Why don't just treat it as a day that human have been waiting, a new start?

The description about 2012 I posted on the previous 2 post was based on the Mayan's prophecy. There is still I-Ching, astronomy, science and many other sayings each with it's own theory, and we can't deny it just because it didn't happen right? For more information I think you all should just try to google it and determine it yourselves.

If, I said if 2012 really happens, you should start treasuring every moment from now. Many people would ask " What if it didn't happen? People who really studied it would be treated as a fool!!" But think again if you really start treasuring every moment from now, won't your life be even more meaningful?? Assume 2012 is not going to happen and you really treasured every moment, will you be still called a fool? This is what life you should live.

Example if I was going to buy a present for Su Ann and I knew it would make her really really happy, even though I knew tomorrow is the end of the world I would still do it right? Assume tomorrow is the end of the world and all the things you choose not to do, is the things you don't really want to do.

Conclusion : Treasure every moment of your life, even 2012 never happened, this is what you going to tell yourself in the future "I should live everyday like how I did within the last 3 years!!"

This post and the previous post was inspired by this book. Which translated to english it would be "2012 : Prophecy of Reborn" The author emphasizes that 2012 is not the end of world, but a new start for humans spiritually.

The first time I saw you was at the 4th floor of SJK(C) Yuk Chai playing with your Rubics Cube while Mr. Mah was talking. And I heard your name as 咸蛋 instead of 贤翰. Normally (or maybe all of them) people with high IQ have low EQ. God is fair and granted everybody an equal share of IQ and EQ, this saying is not a myth because this could be seen in many examples, too bad I can't say it out here or it will offend a lot of people and indirectly causing unnecessary trouble.

Girl's currently ~~having a crush on~~ crazy of you : Sher Hann (College), Tze Jing (Form 2), Jovyn (Form 3), Hui Xian (Form 4). Hmmm, and you are? 6 years younger than Sher Hann*. Honestly it could be a suffer being with some girl elder than you, you may live a life being ordered by girls all around, it seriously sucks trust me once.

Therefore the conclusion is, go get a book on how to regain your EQ and start your new socializing life at secondary school. Most important, pick someone your own ~~size~~ age.

2012, although it's just a combination of 4 numbers, it's been a hot number these few days (Although it is not a hot number in 4D =P

There are many sayings about 2012. One of the scientific one revolves around the Solar system.

You could see that some human are kinda selfish when they enlarged the solar system and some even said that we are the only living being in the universe. Indirectly telling the next generation that the solar system is the only thing in the universe. Okay I know I'm off topic.

The Solar system will become a straight line at more or less 2012/12/21, this only happens 260000 years, this also marks a new start. Besides that, the polarity of earth is moving faster and faster this years, reaching an average of 40km per year. Force from the polars are also decreasing explaining the frequent earthquake and volcano eruption. By 2012 the force may reach 0 and it will reverse both polars, in the process human's immune system will drop, seasonal birds will lose direction adn many more. Frequent earthquakes will happen and causing tsunamis.

That's just what I understand bout 2012. Correct me if I'm wrong. =P

I seriously have no idea,

But I just feel totally crazy bout her right now.

Crushes during schooling aren't always bad.

水能载舟，亦能覆舟

Really felt so crazy bout her since I waked up this morning,

Till now.

Now I felt that I had never regreted not getting the scholarship to Singapore,

Not continue studying in SMK Usj 4.

So lucky to know her. =)

Su Ann is really sweet,

As sweet as her name.

She really made me knew what was the feeling of sweet.

Although feelings are hard to describe,

but I could just name some points that really attracted me.

Reasons why she's sweet ( basically there is no way to say it out, this is just based on the outer layer.)

1. Her smile is sweet

2. She made someone really know what was the feeling of sweet.

3. Her smile makes others feel sweet too

4. The class, the monitor, or maybe even the school, likes her cause she's sweet.

5. She is sweet, even starbucks put her name on the counter. ( Refer to previous post. XP)

6. Even how she ties her hair makes her sweet.

Other reasons that attracted me:

1. Never over proud of herself

2. A faithful Christian, although I'm not a Christian, just felt that she had a guideline in her life and committed to something good.

3.Tolerative. Never take "who should be the 1st" too heavily.

4. Kind

5. Just a simple feeling for her is enough to say everything. =)

Suddenly I felt Monster Hunter was such interesting things.

Sometimes you just need a little bit of exposure to know more,

and apparently improve yourselve.

Most (or maybe all) of the juniors including me never knew how was the standard of the other bands outside,

So training hard wasn't an option.

But training hard without a target = hard to achieve target ( you don't even have one).

Now we know how weak we are,

Now we know how strong others are.

Let's just hope we don't repeat the same mistake again.

Lol I found this cool game on the internet last few days.

"karoshi" is a Japanese word and should technically be written "karoushi" in western letters and "過労死" in Japanese. "karoshi" can be translated as "death from overwork", a phenomenon typical to Japan and Japanese culture.

The Karoshi games actually have little to do with this concept, although they can be seen as a metaphor for it.

The name was chosen for the series because it's original, has an interesting/surprising meaning, and a salaryman for the main character fits the game well.

Not as easy as you think =P

I have to admit this is a really original game.

Despite ignoring the blood of this game,

It really puts your IQ to a test.

The rhythm of my life seems to have a slight change..

I started playing online games today..

Too boring I think..

Its the game I quited since I joined band last year..

This time its really improved..

AsiaSoft was really trying to save the game at that time..

And they sucesfully pulled back thier gamers..

It's over..

The days practicing under the hot sun every single day..

The days getting the skin darker and darker..

The days Samuel and Cheng screwing us..

The days where we keep calling each other to come for practice,

And eventually they don't even turn up..

On the 23/6/09..

First time joining the Band marching competition..

Finally I understand why the seniors are so passionate about this..

To be honest ..

I did not really understand what was the big deal for this competition,

Honestly,

I was just treating it as a responsibility..

But I understand it at last..

''Hours of practice, just for the 10 minutes show.''

The heartbeat before we went in the field was like twice as normal..

But as the show started it became normal..

Felt like it was just like normal practice..

Just without our familiar grass, stones and line markers..

I knew I screwed up some part..

Sorry bout that..

Ended up 4th place..

Ok I admit I was really depressed that time..

Almost cried When Sher Hann gave us the motivational talk..

Luxuriest 6M/2007 Gathering Ever!!

Among all the gathering we had..

This time was the most luxuriest wan..

Yea and credits to Wei Loong..

For his BIG BIG house..XD

Went to his house around 6pm..

Lol Cheryl reached at the same time with me..

And her 1st reaction was..

Evryone was cramping inside Wei Loong's room until his mum called us down for pizza..

After that had a lite chit-chat session around the pool..

And suddenly Wei Minn jump down the pool with water jst around his toe level..

Yea its toe level cuz we were jst filling up the pool that time..

And he was shouting:

''First people in the pool!!YEA YEA!!''

We went to the home theater on the 3rd floor to watch a movie named ''Unborn''

Everyone went in and said: ''Woah!!''

Haha,

I got nothing to do so I followed them as well..XD

''Unborn'' is a horror movie..

Lol everyone was shouting when the man turned his head upsidedown..

I was feeling scared at the first but it seems everything turned their head that way..

So it was just like NORMAL~~

But the part that really scared us was the part the thing came out from the mirror..==

It was like Peek-A-boo!

The side effect of the show was everyone was scared to go to the toilet after that..XD

Later on we went down to the pool again..

The water was jst till half of knee-level..

We did pumping,Push up and don't know why military crawlin the water..

Darn it was hard..

Later on we played True or Dare in the water..

Poor Wei Minn got pinched by Cheryl again..

Yeap went to band practice again today..

Wore the new drill squad T-shirt I got yesterday!XD

But it was soaked with my sweat in not even an hour..

Woots!And I ran non-stop for 20 rounds around the hall today..

Stamina is back and time for Rock N Roll..!!

And on the way back from lunch..

An old uncle sweeping the leaves outside his house asked us that whether we march for funerals..

Missed this song when we played this back in Lick Hung band in 2006 if I'm not mistaken..

This was the only song that has quality in my band life in Lick hung..

How wish we could play this song again...=]

Oh yea We got a Silver award when we played this song for the IOI band challenge..

This few days..

Went to Pandamaran B at Klang for practice..

Took bus and 30minutes to reach thre..

But evrything seems worth it..

They have a big hall and we don't have to march under the hot sun!!

Hooray!!XD

Its like almost twice the size of our school hall..

How wish our school would extand the school hall..

But on the downside it seems to produce alot of echo..

Actually I don't really understand what Samuel said due to the echo..=P

But I used lips reading to overcome it..

After 2 weeks struggling with the exams..

Band practice was finally held..XD

Had a flue at the morning..
